You can request expedited shipping for only a $3.99 additional charge.

Shipping Terms

*Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or time.
Standard shipping may take 2 to 4 days handling for certain products. Please see the product that you are buying to verify these times. Most shipments should be received within 7 to 10 business days from the day shipped, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping will cut the handling time to 1 to 3 days and/or use a faster method of shipping for certain products. Please see the product that you are buying to verify these times. Most shipments should be received within 3 to 5 business days from the day shipped, depending on your location.

Refunds and Returns

If you receive a product that is unsatisfactory in any way, for example the product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact our customer service team upon delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the matter, simply send a detailed email with description of the reason for return. If product is damaged, please include a picture and delivery condition. Our customer service team may also be reached at 1-855-964-6967. We will replace the product or find a comparable replacement product to meet your individual needs. Unopened items may be returned within 90 days of original purchase date (Excluding any shipping and handling fees). If given, refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card.
