I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

At Zogosportz we try to ensure that 100% of the orders are complete and perfect. If you are missing an item, we apologize. Please contact us by e-mail, at support@zogosportz.com including the order number and the product that is missing, and we will correct the situation as soon as possible.

My order arrived, but contains a damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact us by e-mail at support@zogosportz.com Please be sure to include your order or invoice number in the e-mail, and if possible, a picture of the damage. Examples of damaged items are broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking. Dented bottles or packages are most often not considered damaged because this does not take away from the safety or potency of the product inside.

I received my product a week ago, but I do not like it. I live in the United States. Can I return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any shipping and handling). Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money-back guarantee for a full 90 days from your date of purchase. Please contact us by e-mail within 90 days of the date of purchase to receive authorization and return instructions.

I returned my product and still have not received a credit. When will I receive my credit?

You will see the credit on your credit card within approximately 7 business days after we receive the product. We highly recommend when customers return a product they get delivery confirmation.

What if I order something you do not have in stock?

Although we manage our back stock closely we sometimes experience what are known as stock outages. These stock outages happen when an item sells out faster that the orders are filled. When this occurs it can create delays on delivery. We continuously adjust stock levels to minimize shipping delays but we are sometimes limited by product availability from the manufacturer, due to manufacture back orders or delayed delivery from the manufacture. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Support department to verify stock availability.

Are Dietary Supplements Regulated?

Yes, The FDA regulates dietary supplements under a different set of regulations than those covering "conventional" foods and drug products (Prescription and Over-the-Counter). Under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), the dietary supplement manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that a dietary supplement is safe before it is marketed. The FDA is responsible for taking action against any unsafe dietary supplement product after it reaches the market. Generally, manufacturers do not need to register their products with FDA nor get FDA approval before producing or selling dietary supplements. Manufacturers must make sure that product label information is truthful and not misleading. FDA's post-marketing responsibilities include monitoring safety, e.g. voluntary dietary supplement adverse event reporting, and product information, such as labeling, claims, package inserts, and accompanying literature. The Federal Trade Commission regulates dietary supplement advertising.

What are GMP's?

On June 25, 2007, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published the dietary supplement current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) final rule 21 CFR 111. The new regulations apply to all persons who manufacture, package, label, or hold dietary supplements, with the exception of persons who hold dietary supplements at a retail establishment for the sole purpose of direct retail sale to individual customers. According to FDA, the cGMPs are intended to establish a comprehensive system of process controls, including documentation of each stage of the manufacturing process, which can minimize the likelihood of, or detect problems and variances in manufacturing as they occur, before the product is in its finished form. The process controls that are a part of cGMPs are essential to ensure that a dietary supplement is manufactured, packaged, held, and labeled in a consistent and reproducible manner.
